Store Officer at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

Job Summary

The Store Officer will be responsible for receiving, recording, issuing, and monitoring all materials, consumables, and finished goods in line with cGMP and inventory control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables into the store with proper documentation
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems and update stock cards daily
• Conduct routine stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation
• Ensure proper material labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices
• Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions
• Assist in ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with safety guidelines

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
• Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP/ERP) is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
