Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Keen eye for fashion trends and styling
• Proficiency in retail software and inventory systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
