About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience at our Victoria Island outlet. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership, commercial, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and service excellence
• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Monitor inventory levels, supervise stock replenishment, and control shrinkage
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversion
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize performance
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and safety
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Recruit, train, and appraise store staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and stock management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required
