About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our operations in Lagos. You will oversee all aspects of daily store performance and guide your team toward achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff coordination and stock management

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar store management role
• Maturity and confidence to effectively drive store performance and achieve targets
• Strong people-management skills with ability to supervise staff, assign tasks, and maintain discipline
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to quality support
• Ability to provide prompt attention and create a pleasant in-store experience
