Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our store and stock. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage inventory levels by tracking, recording, and reconciling stock in and out
• Supervise loading and offloading of items, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Maintain organized and up-to-date stock records
• Monitor store security, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement and store performance
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely supply of materials
• Train and supervise store staff as applicable
• Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2 years proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Officer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software
