Store Keeper (Raw Materials) at ESOSA Food System

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Store Keeper to join our team and manage raw materials inventory. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory control, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts and records of stock cards
• Issue materials on FIFO (First In, First Out) basis only
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies efficiently
• Perform stock-related duties including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report findings to the Manager for reimbursement and record keeping
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Keep the store properly locked, organized, and arranged
• Notify the Centre Manager when stock approaches re-order levels to facilitate timely restocking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
• Years of Experience: 1–3 years
• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field
