Core Responsibilities
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff, including therapists and receptionists
- Develop training programs to maintain service excellence
Operational Oversight
- Manage the daily flow of the spa operations
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper inventory control
- Monitor supplies and equipment to meet operational needs
Financial Management
- Oversee budgets and track profitability
- Analyze financial reports and maintain cost control
Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business and revenue
- Create promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients
Customer Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle complaints professionally and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests
Compliance
- Ensure the spa complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain quality and safety standards across all services
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in spa management or hospitality

- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
