About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently and safely to achieve set production targets
• Ensure machines are clean and maintained in accordance with preventive maintenance procedures
• Regularly inspect machines to identify malfunctions and report issues to appropriate personnel
• Assist with repair and maintenance of equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ensure strong adherence to safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices
• Contribute to waste reduction management programs
• Support the team in achieving overall company objectives
