Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Technician to install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and waste systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will handle a variety of tasks including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and interpreting blueprints. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to safety and code compliance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Assemble, fit, and install pipes, valves, fixtures, and appliances (faucets, showers, dishwashers)
• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and fix leaks, clear clogged drains, repair burst pipes, and replace worn parts
• System Diagnostics: Inspect and test plumbing systems for functionality, safety, and code adherence
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients, explain issues, provide estimates, and handle emergency calls
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
