About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily cash reconciliation
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Report shift activity to management and support general operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably in hospitality, retail, or QSR)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
