About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Service Sales Officer to drive growth in our service business. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver solutions that truly address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Drive sales of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support services
• Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions
• Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs and requirements
• Deliver tailored solutions that address customer problems—not just sales pitches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling SLAs or technical support services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong technical acumen with ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions

Preferred Experience

• Background in medical technology or capital equipment industry
