## Title: Senior Subscription Sales Executive
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive digital subscription revenue growth and lead our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive digital subscription revenue growth
- Manage digital subscriptions, including customer acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or subscriptions management
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing digital subscriptions
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- Certification in digital marketing, sales, or a related field
- Experience working with online newspapers, media companies, or digital publishing platforms
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, technologies, and trends
- Proven sales and marketing skills with ability to develop and execute effective strategies
- Data analysis and ability to identify trends
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
