About This Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in enterprise technology sales leadership. You will lead sales initiatives for cybersecurity and IT solutions, driving revenue growth and market expansion across key enterprise and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth for cybersecurity and IT solutions across key enterprise and corporate clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Presales, Technical, and Product teams to design and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy
- Provide leadership and mentorship to sales executives and account managers within the team
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and thought leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–12 years of proven experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Solution Sales
- At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.), networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinking with the ability to lead sales initiatives and drive market penetration
- Age: 35–45 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, OEM certifications, or advanced Sales/Leadership certifications
