## Title: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

Fadac Resources is recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to lead and drive organizational sales performance in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans covering sales targets, revenue goals, and expense controls
  • Meet and exceed planned sales objectives
  • Set individual and team sales targets aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee sales team activities and performance management
  • Coordinate with marketing department on lead generation strategies
  • Develop sales team capabilities through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge training
  • Promote the organization and its products to target markets
  • Identify and understand ideal customer profiles and their relationship to our products
  • Track progress against sales goals and report results regularly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive, proven experience in luxury sectors including affluent/private banking, luxury real estate, or luxury automobiles
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury, beauty, fashion, and retail verticals with international exposure
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends, emerging designers, and luxury products
  • Strong business acumen and advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in sales, business management, or related fields
