An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in sales (preferably in the agricultural or feed industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the region.
