Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals within the solar energy sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's solar client base across commercial, industrial, and utility segments
- Conduct detailed market research to stay informed about solar industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Understand client energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their technical and financial objectives
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional advice on solar products, systems, and services
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's solar portfolio, including photovoltaic systems, hybrid solutions, inverters, and energy storage systems
- Stay updated on new solar technologies, product developments, and industry standards
- Lead the entire sales process—from lead generation and technical presentations to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and financial models for solar projects
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions to ensure profitable and sustainable sales
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Work with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials that highlight the company's solar solutions
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review
