Senior Quality Assurance Quality / Control Engineer at Trucrete Solutions Limited

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across all projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of project Quality plans, Inspection and Test plans, QA and QC procedures, and inspection records
• Verify all works are carried out in accordance with scope of works, project specifications, and drawings
• Maintain comprehensive quality records including inspection requests, audit reports, QAQC checklists, equipment calibration plans, issues logs, rework schedules, risk registers, and non-conformance/corrective and preventive action reports
• Conduct Quality audits of projects as instructed by the Quality Manager
• Record and report immediately all deviations from scope of works, project specifications, and drawings
• Collaborate with the QAQC Laboratory team to ensure project tests align with laboratory test procedures, project specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Verify all equipment used in testing and measurement is within calibration and possesses required calibration certificates
• Assist in investigating non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Approve incoming materials for conformity to specifications through visual and measurement testing; reject or return non-conforming materials
• Support the QAQC Manager in developing and training QAQC personnel
• Attend QA/QC meetings, record minutes, and document actions
• Implement QAQC Policy and Plan across projects
• Review approved drawings, identify discrepancies, and report to Quality Manager for modifications
• Attend project site meetings and other regular meetings as defined in the QA system
• Identify, document, and communicate quality-related issues and potential risks in all operations and third-party contractor work to the QAQC Manager
• Provide support and assistance to project team members
