A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive strategic programs across network, IT, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide programs driving digital transformation, network expansion, and customer experience innovation aligned with business strategy.

Oversee large CAPEX/OPEX portfolios with disciplined financial management and measurable business impact.

Establish governance frameworks and align cross-functional initiatives with corporate priorities.

Partner with senior executives, regulators, and global vendors to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Anticipate risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure operational resilience across diverse program portfolios.

Champion innovation, process optimization, and a culture of accountability and high performance.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in telecom.
