The ideal candidate will oversee procurement operations, lead a team, enforce compliance, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Supervise and mentor the procurement team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, and disciplinary measures where necessary

Procurement Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely sourcing of goods and services at competitive prices without compromising quality

Compliance & Governance

• Enforce procurement policies and ethical standards across all transactions
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage procurement budgets and track cost-saving initiatives
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present procurement reports to management
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 - 10 years of relevant procurement experience
