About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking an elite Senior Principal Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead highly complex, enterprise-grade technology initiatives. This is not a standard project management role—the ideal candidate must be highly technical, capable of managing cloud-native, microservices, and distributed systems projects, bridging engineering, business, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Candidates must have verifiable experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, HealthTech, EdTech, or other core technology platforms, meet US Senior Technical Project Management standards, and hold advanced technical project management certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Leadership

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from inception through production
• Define scope, technical requirements, milestones, and resource allocation for enterprise-grade initiatives
• Manage dependencies, technical risks, and inter-team coordination across globally distributed teams
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans for engineering, DevOps, and QA teams

Enterprise Systems Oversight

• Manage cloud-native microservices, distributed systems, and secure enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility, design validation, and adherence to best practices
• Oversee integration, deployment, and monitoring of live systems

Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure projects comply with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, and other regulatory standards
• Implement project-level governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes
• Participate in technical audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Define project KPIs, technical success metrics, and delivery benchmarks
• Generate stakeholder reports and executive dashboards on project health and progress
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and team capability
