Requirements

• BSc, MBA, or MSc in Marketing or Business
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
