Position Summary

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)—the foremost Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Africa—is seeking a strategic, target-driven, and highly resourceful Senior Manager, Programs & Facilities to join its Programs and Facilities Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and optimizing the commercial use of the Chamber's marquee facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, superior client experience, and revenue growth. The role also requires providing strategic support to the Head of Department on key business mandates, departmental planning, and project execution.

This position is suited to a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent marketing acumen, superior facility management skills, and a proven record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Core Objectives

• Maximize revenue from the Chamber's marquee facilities through aggressive marketing and strategic business development
• Support smooth, efficient, and professional management of all facilities under the Department
• Maintain world-class facility standards that support the Chamber's reputation and operational excellence
• Support the Head of Department in executing strategic departmental initiatives, special projects, and business mandates
• Enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development of Events

• Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to promote and increase patronage of the Chamber's marquee facilities
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for improved positioning
• Drive aggressive business engagement with corporate organizations, event planners, industry associations, NGOs, government agencies, and private clients
• Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and presentations to prospective clients
