Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or related area of specialization
Minimum of three (3) years of university teaching experience at Lecturer I level
Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
Minimum citation count of 10
Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
Active membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Minimum of nine (9) publications as a current member of professional organization(s)
