Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in Mass Communication or related area of specialization
Minimum of three (3) years University teaching experience as Lecturer I
Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
Minimum citation count of 10
Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Minimum of nine (9) publications as a professional member
Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate with minimum citation count of 10
