Key Requirements

PhD or equivalent qualification
Minimum of three (3) years University teaching experience as Lecturer I or Librarian I
Admissible publications totaling not less than forty-five (45)
Citation count of not less than 10
Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
Three (3) points in Community Service
Up-to-date membership in professional body/bodies
Minimum of nine (9) publications as a professional body member
Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation not less than 10
