Key Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum five (5) years of university teaching and research experience
• Strong publication record: minimum twelve (12) peer-reviewed scholarly works, with at least five (5) published in foreign indexed journals
• Evidence of postgraduate supervision
• Demonstrated administrative contributions
• Minimum two (2) years of service at Lecturer I level (where applicable)
