Key Responsibilities

• Teach chemistry courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Conduct original research and publish findings in reputable journals
• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Contribute to departmental administration and academic governance

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration
• At least 7 publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals
• Demonstrated experience in supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Evidence of continuous, active research engagement
• Affiliation with a relevant professional body

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office packages
• Competence with video conferencing tools (e.g., MS Teams)
