Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the institution as a Senior Lecturer in Business Administration.

Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of university teaching and research experience
• Strong publication record with a minimum of twelve (12) peer-reviewed scholarly works, of which at least five (5) must be from foreign indexed journals
• Evidence of postgraduate supervision
• Evidence of administrative contribution to the institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of service at Lecturer I level (where applicable)
• Demonstrated impact in teaching, research, and community engagement
