## Title: Senior Java Developer

About Us

Mahshell Soft Limited is building Bluecounts, a next-generation SaaS platform for SMEs, offering Invoicing, POS, Inventory, Procurement, and Expense Management. We are seeking Senior Java Developers to help us scale this vision.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot)
Implement secure and efficient APIs to connect front-end and mobile apps
Optimize database structures (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system delivery
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, with strong emphasis on best practices
Contribute to system design and architecture decisions for high-availability SaaS
Ensure security, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and compliance within core services
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and uptime
