  • Own end-to-end HR service delivery for assigned clients
  • Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor
  • Lead HR operations, including compliance, documentation, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
  • Supervise and guide junior HR resources where applicable
  • Ensure high-quality, timely, and professional delivery across all engagements
  • Proactively identify HR risks and improvement opportunities for clients
  • Contribute to improving and standardising HR systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–6 years of hands-on HR operations experience (SME or consulting experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident judgement, professionalism, and discretion
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple clients
