About the Role
Synapse Resource Center is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Officer to drive business growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into valued clients while working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through networking and other lead generation strategies, converting prospects into paying clients
- Identify innovative business tactics and develop sustainable operational plans to drive revenue and volume growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists to develop new business channels
- Engage prospective clients effectively to guide their decision-making regarding our services
- Refer patients, clients, and family members to appropriate specialists at our facilities
- Create awareness and visibility for the organization within the community to maximize conversion of prospects into business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- University degree minimum
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Demonstrated stress tolerance
