About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will drive business growth and market expansion within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and achievement of set goals, including increasing sales, market share, and profitability; cascade to quarterly and monthly sales operations plans
- Prospect for and identify new business opportunities in the BFSI space
- Lead FSI market research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities, and develop marketing plans and activities accordingly
- Develop the sales and marketing division's budget in collaboration with the finance department
- Lead the development and execution of product launches and related marketing initiatives in the BFSI space
- Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers in the FSI segment
- Drive and monitor implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, and take necessary corrective actions
- Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company's ethical code of conduct
- Source, manage relationships with, and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced marketing service providers
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- 7 to 10 years' experience in the ICT sector
- Strong track record in selling to Banks and Other FSIs, as well as other sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of selling IT solutions and/or infrastructure
