Senior Audit Manager at Healthrite Pharmacy

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Head of Audit to join our FMCG organization. The successful candidate will be well-versed in auditing POS transactions, bank reconciliation, payments, cash receipts, and related financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement an overall risk management process for the organization
• Lead and supervise internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records, transactions, and procedures
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports reflecting audit results and documenting the audit process
• Identify areas of financial and operational risk within the organization
• Ensure compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Review, assess, and manage the work of audit team members
• Train and mentor junior members of the audit team
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
• Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure internal systems and controls are in place

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications in audit or accounting
• Proven experience in FMCG sector (supermarket or similar retail environment)
• Expertise in POS transaction auditing, bank reconciliation, and payment processing
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance

Compensation

N300,000 - N350,000 monthly
