Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program at Clean Technology Hub

Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program (EDP) will evaluate the current company lineup to suggest new product development opportunities. You will support the development of new markets through innovative products and expanded customer audiences, with a focus on marketing strategy and identifying partnership opportunities from a sales-driven perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Clean Technology Hub's incubation and acceleration portfolio
• Develop and implement strategy plans to ensure the sustainability of the EDP
• Develop and promote key program events such as the off-grid energy ideation challenge, Climate Tech Challenge, Clean Tech Pitch contest, and bootcamps
• Develop partnerships with hubs to execute enterprise development programs, hackathons, and pitchathons
• Develop accurate data metrics to track the performance of incubates from the EDP
• Analyze market trends and company strategies to identify new opportunities
• Drive business development initiatives, including fleshing out opportunities and proposals related to energy access
• Assist with monitoring and evaluation activities, including reporting on campaign metrics and tracking performance data
• Support proposal writing and fundraising activities
• Assist in creating and presenting new ideas to add value and increase company revenue
• Support the search for new suitable business partners and funding partners
• Manage proposal writing, grant applications, and grant management
• Assist with campaign-based operations and logistics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Proven track record with 3-4 years of experience in marketing or related field
