Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will handle the organization's core accounting operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing general ledger activities, reconciling bank and financial accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws, supporting audits, monitoring cash flow, and implementing effective accounting processes and controls.

The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the finance team's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive accounting experience
• Professional certification such as ICAN or equivalent (required)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
