  • We are hiring Senior Account Associates for a leading FinTech company redefining digital financial services across Nigeria and Africa.
  • This is an in-person role based in Abuja and Lagos, designed for experienced account professionals who can support sales execution, manage key accounts, and drive onboarding and revenue outcomes.
 Opportunity As a Senior Account Associate, you will:
  • Support Revenue Growth: Work closely with sales teams to drive account acquisition and revenue delivery.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and partners.
  • Lead Client Onboarding: Oversee onboarding, account setup, and activation processes.
  • Sales Enablement: Support deal structuring, documentation, and follow-through to closure.
  • Coordinate Internally: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Track Performance: Monitor account performance, usage, and sales metrics, and report accordingly.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experienced Professional: 3–5 years’ experience in account management, sales support, or business development.
  • Sales-Oriented: Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue targets.
  • Client-Focused: Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver value to clients.
  • Detail-Driven: Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Based in Abuja or Lagos: Available for in-person work and familiar with local markets.
