Job Summary

The Seed Processing Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring seed processing machines to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and minimal downtime. The role involves equipment maintenance, strict adherence to safety standards, and supporting the achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate seed processing machines in line with set procedures and production requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine checks to ensure smooth operations
• Carry out minor maintenance and cleaning of seed processing equipment
• Ensure consistent product quality by following operational and quality standards
• Report any equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating seed processing, hulling, or similar agricultural machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
