We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Location: Isheri, Opic - Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment of guards: Focuses on Guards' Needs: Understands and responds to their needs and also meets their expectations within the organizational parameters.
- Do routine checks to know whether guards are at their best always
- Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
- Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.
- Ensure the availability of mentally, emotionally and physically fit guards to fill vacancies at all times.
- Conduct background checks and verification on all guards
- Report all activities of guard.
- Candidates should possess an Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field.
- 1- 8 years of work experience.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team.
- Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision-making
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
