An established company is recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to lead and oversee all security operations with a focus on operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate security operations
• Manage daily patrol activities
• Lead training and development programs for security personnel
• Develop security protocols and conduct risk assessments
• Respond to and manage emergency situations
• Provide team leadership and direction
• Evaluate employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum First Degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of Security Management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency
