An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kingrock International Nigeria Limited in Abuja as Secretary to the Chairman & Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive scheduling, administrative operations, and cross-functional PR initiatives
• Oversee project lifecycles: Planning → Implementation → Monitoring → Reporting
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders with timely communication
• Conduct performance analysis and deliver executive briefings
• Coordinate high-level meetings and business engagements

Required Qualifications

• Senior High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree from top-tier universities preferred
• 1–10 years of professional experience
• Age 26 years or younger
• Height 165 cm or taller

Professional Excellence

• International corporate exposure (preferred)
• Business fluency in English with clear articulation
• Chinese proficiency (advantageous)
• Demonstrated business etiquette and personal brand consciousness
• Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (CRM tools a plus)
