## Title: Wholesale/Open Market (WOM) Sales Executive

About This Role

This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth. You will manage an Open Market territory and work with wholesalers in these markets to deliver market-driven, differentiated services. Your focus will be on driving sustainable growth in brand equity, volume, and market share while building competitive advantage and enhancing corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve cash and sales targets
  • Identify and capture growth opportunities in your territory
  • Manage pricing and discount strategies in the market
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure product availability in market stalls and stores
  • Maximize product visibility and secure optimal shelf space
  • Execute depletion proposals and evaluate promotion effectiveness
  • Manage merchandising activities
  • Oversee credit management with wholesalers
  • Manage slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) brands in trade

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification (Degree or HND) minimum
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative/Executive in a similar sales environment
