• Strivo Labs is looking for a creative, engaging, and strategic Script Writer to craft compelling scripts for video content, ads, social media, brand stories, explainers, training content, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with exceptional writing clarity and a deep understanding of audience engagement.

What You’ll DoScriptwriting & Story Development

• Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form video content.

• Create scripts for ads, promotional videos, explainers, brand stories, and training content.

• Develop storyboards, concepts, and creative angles for content.

Content Research & Ideation

• Conduct research to support script accuracy and storytelling depth.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and video teams to develop content ideas.

• Understand the tone, audience, and brand messaging for each project.

Editing & Adaptation

• Revise scripts based on feedback from directors and teams.

• Adapt content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, ads, etc.).

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with videographers, editors, and designers during production.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience as a script writer or content writer.

• Excellent storytelling and writing skills.

• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging scripts.

• Creative thinking and ability to develop fresh concepts.

• Strong grasp of digital content trends.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work across multiple projects.
