About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of School Bus Attendant at The Lamb Academy in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor students to ensure appropriate behavior and safe seating throughout bus rides
• Assist students with disabilities to board and exit the bus, ensuring proper security with safety restraints or wheelchairs
• Enforce safety protocols by reminding students to fasten seatbelts and maintain proper use of safety devices
• Maintain an orderly environment throughout the bus journey
• Assist the bus driver with safe loading and unloading of all passengers
• Understand and implement bus evacuation procedures in case of emergencies
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Report any student concerns to the bus driver and relevant school personnel
• Maintain familiarity with the bus route and provide directions to substitute drivers

Requirements

• Must reside in Simawa or its environs
• Female candidate preferred
• Relevant qualification with minimum 1 year of experience

Compensation

N45,000 per month
