About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Savings Mobilization Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving savings product growth, building customer relationships, and achieving mobilization targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and promote the company's savings products to individuals and businesses
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers to open and maintain savings accounts
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of available savings plans
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly savings mobilization targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
• Provide regular reports on customer acquisition, deposits, and market feedback
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
• Participate in field marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
