## Title: Sanitary Ware Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials
  • Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders
  • Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team
  • Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data
  • Effectively understand and communicate complex product details and value propositions to high-level clients

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of a Graduate Degree or HND
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry
  • Mandatory experience and strong knowledge of the Tiles and Building Materials sector

Required Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation

Compensation

N400,000 - N500,000 monthly
