## Title: Sanitary Ware Corporate Sales Manager

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials
- Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders
- Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team
- Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data
- Effectively understand and communicate complex product details and value propositions to high-level clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of a Graduate Degree or HND
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry
- Mandatory experience and strong knowledge of the Tiles and Building Materials sector
Required Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation
Compensation
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly
