This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • Our client is recruiting a Sales Team Lead to oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, and drive revenue growth across its product lines.
  • The role is responsible for ensuring e ective sales execution, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales activities with production capacity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing output and market demand.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution channels, and customer management in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O ice; experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage.
