Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales customer data in ERP and CRM systems
• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and ERP reports
• Monitor daily sales activities, leads, and opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals
• Collate and prepare sales reports
• Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Prepare project costing documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline
• Proven knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (compulsory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
