## Title: Sales Specialist – Telecoms/Logistics

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Specialist to drive new and upsell sales, fostering revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, acquiring new business, and gaining market share within your assigned sector and territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet set targets and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
  • Manage relationships for assigned accounts and upsell to grow company sales and revenues
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sales account planning
  • Conduct analytics and reporting of sales forecasts and key account metrics
  • Clearly communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customer data and pipeline are updated daily
  • Stay current with market trends and provide business advisory as required
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development within the automobile, logistics, or telecoms sector
  • B2B enterprise sales experience (required)
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
