Sales Representatives (Online & Direct Sales)

Role Overview

Classic Organics and Classic Kids Care are expanding their dynamic sales team. We're seeking confident, results-driven Sales Representatives to drive sales and engage directly with customers across online channels. You'll close deals via WhatsApp and Instagram while representing our brand with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive online and direct sales across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Confidently close sales while building genuine, value-based customer relationships
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Share customer insights and feedback to support improved sales strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in online, WhatsApp, or Instagram sales
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet sales targets
• Confident communicator who can sell without being pushy
• Strong follow-up, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Energetic, motivated, and professional demeanor
• Interest or experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands (advantageous)
