About the Role
We are seeking qualified Sales Representatives to join our team in Lagos. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth in the computer hardware and software market while building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers online and by phone to generate sales leads and build a strong client base
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications
- Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to close sales
- Maintain and grow profitable customer relationships by providing excellent service, handling inquiries, and following up on leads
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, working independently or as part of a team
- Stay informed about technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience in telesales, client service, or customer service
- Proven sales experience
Essential Skills
- Exceptional communication skills across digital platforms
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Basic to strong technical knowledge of computers, software, and IT terminology
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency with online sales tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms (email, chat, phone)

- Degree in business, marketing, or computer science
